Exhibit Studio - Call für Ausstellung Meine Realität ist nicht deine Realität

Continuing the topic we started with the first exhibition about the life of a young artist, an art student, in our previous exhibition we reflected on different variants of reality, on the world presented in the artist's works. we looked into ourselves and into the world that we all seemed to see differently.

In our very last exhibition that will take part in November (date), we want to raise "eternal" ontological questions: who are we, why are we here, where are we going, what is the meaning of being? One of these questions could not but become a question about the meaning, purposes, forms and the very possibility of art's existence in the conditions of the prevailing Chaos. What is the meaning of art now in the end? Is it still able to inspire hope and change the world, or is it destined to perish under the moloch of the art market, mass culture and the fragile inhuman world?

How does this world change us and our lives? The modern world tries to unify everything: it dictates that we should be different, not like everyone else. The new normalcy is to be different. Psychologist visits and fruitless searches for the "true", "real" self in the so-called "authentic reality" only try to rationalize consciousness, but in essence we lose the true self.  The rationalization of consciousness and the loss of faith in wonder deprive us of the capacity for imagination, which is at the heart(base) of any creative act
