Art School Alliance (ASA) Goldsmiths London

As part of the Art School Alliance, the Academy is pleased to be able to offer a place for students of Fine Art at the Goldsmiths College, University of London, in the winter semester 2024-25.

Art classes at Goldsmiths College take place in studios led by academic tutors. Students from all years and all artistic media work together in one studio.

They are complemented at Goldsmiths College by workshops for wood, metal, casting, digital media, textiles, etc., which are available to all students.

DURATION:

The Trimester starts on September 20, 2024 (welcome week and inductions) and ends on Dezember 13, 2024 [dates to be confirmed].

For a stay of up to 6 months, there is no visa requirement for the United Kingdom for EU citizens (www.bmeia.gv.at)

FINANCING:

Goldsmiths waives the tuition fees but does not provide accommodation.

Partial funding via the scholarship abroad for students of universities of the arts (https://grants.at/en/?=MzczMDZfMzkxODFfMTI=) is possible. The scholarship amounts to EUR 600.00 per month.

TIMING:

  • Application deadline: Friday, March 1, 2024, 11:00 am
  • Internal selection meeting of the Academy's mobility coordinators (expected during the 2nd week of March)
  • Acceptance or rejection will be announced in mid-March

CONDITION:

Applications are open to regular students of the Institute of Fine Arts (IBK) of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna from the sixth semester onwards. At least one ZKF should still be open.
