Poster competition

The Quality Development Department invites students to submit designs for posters to promote Course Feedback.

In the Academy's Course Feedback, students can provide feedback to lecturers in the form of a questionnaire or a student discussion on the courses they have attended. This makes the quality of teaching visible and highlights students' requests for changes or suggestions for improvement (for more information on course feedback, see here: https://www.akbild.ac.at/de/universitaet/qualitaetsentwicklung/lv-feedback). Student participation in course feedback is voluntary.

We are therefore looking for posters to advertise the course feedback, which

motivates students to take part in the Course Feedback,
convey a positive image of the LV feedback at the Academy,
are made by students for students.

To be handed in are:

1-3 posters (submission formats: jpg/png and vector graphics scalable), regardless of whether portrait or landscape format
Variants of the application for Instagram (1080x1080px) and printable poster format A3 (300dpi)

Important: The poster must contain the following text:

"Have your say! Your chance to say what is good & what should be changed. Take part at the Course Feedback | Mach mit beim LV-Feedback"

The implementation can be completely free. The important thing is that the text is legible. If further text is added, it should either be bilingual (German and English) or 2 versions (in German and English) must be submitted.

Participation is possible for all Academy students (individuals or teams) can take part.

Please note

Submissions are only possible from the @student.akbild.ac.at address.
Up to 3 designs can be submitted per person or team.
Only those submissions will be accepted that meet the stated criteria and are received on time. Late submissions will not be considered.

Deadline: Thursday, 19.12.2024, 11:00h

The selected designs will be displayed on posters at the Academy or published on Instagram from the summer semester 2025.

Award will be 500 EUR for the best design (incl. granting of rights of use, stating the copyright).

Jury

The jury consists of: Theresa Eipeldauer (IBK, Department of Art and Image | Graphics), Martina Gaigg (IKL, Typology and Layout), Astrid Exner (Public Relations), Astrid Fingerlos and Jessica Angioni (Quality Development), one representative of the ÖH.

The jury selection will be announced in February.
