Remaining places: ERASMUS+ und WORLDWIDE EXCHANGE study places summer semester 2025

Applications are now open for an ERASMUS+ as well as World Wide Exchange study visit for remaining places in the summer semester 2025.
PREREQUISITE
Participation is possible for regular students of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna from the third semester of study.
DURATION OF STAY
A quota of 12 months is available for Erasmus+ study visits per study cycle (BA/MA/PhD) and a quota of 24 months for diploma studies. A stay is possible several times within the maximum length of stay and only at Erasmus+ partner universities of the Academy.

APPLICATION
The applications take place exclusively online on Service4Mobility:
I HAVE CLICKED ON THE LINK. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
1. I fill in the online form on Service4Mobility with my data and choose my desired target universities (up to 3).
2. I receive an email and edit my registration. Caution: If your email account is overflowing, the email may not arrive. Delete old emails!
3. I log in and complete my personal data.
4. I upload my documents (curriculum vitae, letter of motivation, portfolio, transcript of records / "Sammelzeugnis").
5. If my data and documents are complete, my head of department / studio will be sent for a nomination request from the database.
DEADLINE
Only applications that are fully uploaded by 11:00 pm on Sunday, June 9, 2024 will be considered.
Further recommendations
- Getting personal advice at the International Office increases your chances of being accepted at the partner university! Come by and let us help you with your decision.
- We do not recommend processing applications on the last day before the deadline. In such a case we cannot guarantee that technical difficulties can be solved in time.
AWARD PROCEDURE
The head of the department decides on the allocation of the study place to an applicant. The decision on acceptance or rejection is expected to be announced at the beginning of July 2024.
