Social stipend (retrospectively for WiSe 2022/23)

Deadline: Monday, May 15, 2023, 11:00am

All regular students of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna who have paid tuition fees for a regular study in winter semester 2022/23 and didn't receive a refund from another institution are welcome to apply retrospectively for the social stipend for winter semester 2022/23 during the current application period:

1 April to May 15 2023, 11:00 am

The stipend is directed to current students as well as alumni who finished their studies in winter semester 2022/23. It is necessary to upload the following documents (as readable photo or scan):

• residence registration certificate ("Meldezettel")
  
• confirmation of enrolment (Studienbestätigung) for winter semester 2022/23

Concerning applications of PhD students who are enrolled already more than one year in the doctoral program for which a doctoral agreement has to be done during first year of study, the existence of an approved agreement will be checked.

If you completed or terminated your studies in winter semester 2022/23 and don't have access to your @student.akbild.ac.at account any more, please write to akademiestipendien@akbild.ac.at, too.

An application is only possible via https://calls.akbild.ac.at/. To use our submission system https://calls.akbild.ac.at/ you have to register once (if you do not have access yet) - please use your @student.akbild.ac.at address to identify yourself as a student. Login is not possible with the AkademieOnline password, as this is a separate system.

Only applications with complete information and documents that conform to the criteria listed above can be considered. Please keep in mind that the deadlines must be strictly adhered to, applications that are submitted too late or incomplete cannot be considered at all.
